In 1989, the Ganga Group of Institutions was established with the approval of the NCTE, AICTE, COA, and UGC. GGI provides over five different fields including undergraduate, graduate, and diploma programmes. The university offers courses that are all connected to MDU, Rohtak.

75% seats are filled through JEE Main and 25% will be done directly from the college.
