FET JU Admission

Admission to the engineering courses is done through online mode. Mentioned below are the steps for same:

Step 1: New User Registration

• Enter all the relevant details carefully.
• An E-mail will be sent from JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) to authenticate your email id. Please authenticate to proceed for further applying process.
• All the communications will be sent to your registered email id and mobile no. Request for change of Mobile Number / E-mail Id / Correspondence address will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Step 2: Filling online application form

• Provide all relevant details carefully, before submission.
• Personal Information
• Address Information
• Academic Information
• Additional Information
• Upload your recent passport size (3.5 x 4.5cm) colour photograph*. (Photo should be in .jpg or .png format and maximum file size allotted is 50 KB)
• Upload your X mark sheet. (Mark sheet should be in .jpg, .png or .PDF format and maximum file size allotted is 100 KB). An application number will be generated after submission.
• Refer your application no. for all your future correspondence.

Stage 3: Mode of payment

• Online mode through Net banking / Credit / Debit card. Application Cost Rs.600 (inclusive of GST) - for General Candidates.
• Coupons can be purchased by cash at Admission Office.

Selection Criteria

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of the following exams followed by Counselling:
  • Jain Entrance Test (JET) - Read more
  • Under Graduate Engineering Entrance Test (Uni-GAUGE) - Read more
  • Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) - Read more
• JET is mandatory (OR)
• The score of Uni-Guage is also accepted by the university.

Note(s):

The university is committed to helping worthy and meritorious students pursue higher education. It provides several scholarships in a range of categories. Students are awarded scholarships based on their performance in JEE Main & Advanced, COMEDK, Uni-Gauge, and CET exams. Scholarships for ISE/CBSE board students will be given out based on merit. Gate Scholarships (50% of the first year tuition cost, one seat per branch) are available to qualified students. If a candidate receives more than 60% in the first year, the scholarship will be awarded.

Scholarship for B. Tech Applicants Based on JEE (MAIN) Results B. Tech candidates applying to JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) - Faculty of Engineering and Technology would be eligible for the scholarship based on their JEE-Main results, which are administered by NTA.
