IIIT Delhi Scholarships

IIIT Delhi offers scholarships to its students based on their merit and need. The scholarships offered by the institute namely the Income-linked fee waiver Scholarship, Chairman’s Scholarship, and the Women Empowerment Scholarship in STEAM education. Chairman’s Scholarship- Under this scheme, students are awarded scholarships on the basis of their JEE Mains rank. Any Delhi student with JE Mains rank below 1000 will be awarded a scholarship equivalent to 100% of the tuition fees. Students with a JEE Mains rank between 1000 and 2000 will be awarded a scholarship equivalent to 50% of the tuition fees.

Women Empowerment Scholarship in STEAM education- Top 100 female students who scored more than 95% aggregate marks in class 12 and get admitted to IIIT Delhi BTech program will awarded this scholarship equivalent to 50% of the tuition fee. However, students getting this scholarship will not be eligible for any other scholarship from a government source. 

Income-linked fee waiver Scholarship- Under the income-linked fee waiver scholarship, students of IIIT Delhi are entitled to fee waivers based on their eligibility. Parents of the students who come under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) are given a 100% fee waiver. Students whose family income is up to 6 Lakhs and the last school fees paid less than INR 25,000 per year will be given a 50% tuition fee waiver. However, students with a family income ranging between 6-8 Lakhs and the last school fees paid less than INR 45,000 every year will be given a tuition fee waiver of 25%.

The campus of IIIT Delhi is located in New Delhi's Okhla Industrial Area, Phase III. The campus is 25 acres in size.
